  • Thoughts on Hillsong: A MegaChurch Exposed
    Aug 8 2023

Many weeks ago I gave my vague recollections of the Discovery+ documentary, Hillsong: A MegaChurch Exposed.

Disorganized and melodramatic, it leaves a lot to be desired. It does cover some information I was unaware of, like the fact that Hillsong has a college?? I also added new commentary on my old commentary after re-watching the doc to see if i was being fair or not to it.

Again, apologies for misspeaking a few times in this episode. Brian Houston failed to report Frank Houston. Frank Houston was a serial molester. Frank Houston was a pastor but never worked for Hillsong. Brian founded Hillsong. Frank is Brian's father.
