About this listen
In this increasingly tense and uncertain political climate. Many of us are feeling the emotional toll in ways we cannot ignore. It is impacting our well-being, making it hard to show up for our family, friends, and ourselves. The constant noise, fear, and division are exhausting, and it is easy to feel as if there is no safe place to land. But peace does not come from the outside. We must create it – intentionally, fiercely, and gently. It begins with setting boundaries and protecting our peace, it grows when we take the time to cultivate the environment we need – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It deepens when we choose to be authentically and unapologetically ourselves, even when it feels like the world is asking us to shrink. It is like tending a garden. Peace is not passive; it is something we plant, protect, and grow, especially now.
