We also talk about the art of slowing down. The importance of slowing down every aspect of our lives, how that affects our NS, feminine energy and impacts our overall wealth in our daily lives.

In this weeks episode we dive into NS regulation, the difference between the sympathetic and parasympathetic NS, the vagus nerve, the art of slowing down and areas in which we can practice slowing down to create change.
