I encourage you to write out your personal vision of health. That might be a healthy weight, a pant size. What does it feel like. Does it mean you have energy and don’t feel like you need to have that afternoon nap? From that I want you to think what does that person do? What does the vision do? What does a healthy person do? Eat? How do they move? What do they do for breakfast? What do they drink? Do they move their body? What habits do they have?
