    In this episode of the Crack House Chronicles Donnie and Dale discuss Phillip Lee Ingle. Ingle was a serial killer who murdered two elderly couples in North Carolina in 1991. Before he was arrested, Ingle, who knew his victims, confessed to a friend, saying he enjoyed watching people die in agony. After being sentenced to death, he waived his appeals, saying that he wanted to spare the families of his victims from any more pain. He was executed in 1995.

The school was a reform school operated by the state of Florida in the panhandle town of Marianna from January 1, 1900, to June 30, 2011. For a time, it was the largest juvenile reform institution in the United States. Throughout its 111-year history, the school gained a reputation for abuse, beatings, rapes, torture, and even murder of students by staff. Despite periodic investigations, changes of leadership, and promises to improve, the allegations of cruelty and abuse continued.
