Welcome to the Council Chair Leadership Series: Information and Strategies to Lead Effectively – a national training program for people who have been elected or appointed to serve in the position of Chair for their State or territory Council on Developmental Disabilities. The ITACC is funded by the Administration for Community Living, Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We work together to support a national network of state and territory DD Councils to enhance their leadership, improve outcomes and impacts, and ensure compliance is met.
