When I was very young I was diagnosed with a lethal allergy to peanuts and tree nuts. I lived my whole life up until a couple of years ago with this belief.. as that is when I realized what it was, just a fear-based belief. I realized that as long as I held that belief, I would be "allergic to nuts", yet if I could let it go, I would be free to experience all the amazing nuts this planet offers. Knowing fear is an illusion, that our physical reality is malleable, and that we truly do create it with our beliefs I chose to unravel my allergies with the assistance of my Higher Self and Spirit Guides.

I know I chose this experience, even before birth, and it has assisted me so much in my life in many areas. Learning to speak up for myself. Watching how others treated me after they knew about the allergy, showing me how so many humans care on a deeper level even if they don't seem to on the surface.

Now after transcending the allergy it has assisted me in seeing the major effects beliefs can have on our physical bodies. It has been an amazing example to share with family, friends, and others about how we really can change our lives in a very physical way by identifying and letting go of beliefs. I intend it to assist as many as possible who live in fear about their allergies - to start biodecoding the potential causes so that they too can be free.

And the best part is now I get to try and enjoy these delightful little foods that I never had in my life, but heard about my whole life. It really was worth the wait.
