Erfolg für die AfD-Fraktion vor Gericht. Sie hatte unter anderem gegen die Corona-Eindämmungsverordnung von 2021 geklagt und in einem sehr wichtigen Punkt nun Recht bekommen. Ob im Supermarkt oder auf dem Supermarktparkplatz, es war nicht rechtens, alle Deutsche zu verpflichten, dort Maske zu tragen.
Was das jetzt konkret bedeutet und ob diejenigen, die zu Strafen verurteilt wurden, nun rehabilitiert werden können, darüber reden wir in diesem Podcast mit dem Obmann der AfD-Fraktion in der Corona-Enquete-Kommission des Brandenburger Landtages, dem AfD-Abgeordneten Lars Hünich.
