 We invite you to join us as we gather around our metaphorical hearth, and talk about our journeys with the Gene Keys, the Dream Arc, and our inner work. Each of our podcasts start with a "Where are we now" section bringing ourselves into the present moment. Then we pose a question, or answer one from our listening audience, that is pertinent to what we are going through on our Gene Keys journey and our journey of life as we integrate the inner work into our outer experiences. Then we end with whimsical questions to each other to bring a sense of play into our communion! By sharing our stories we help other people, and by the laws of reciprocity, our own healing increases, because we are all part of a synergistic whole. Meghan lives in the mountains of Idaho, USA and Lizzie is in Wiltshire, England. Although we are technically crones, we welcome listeners of all ages.     Our question, “Where am I now?” is answered by sharing personal updates, from upcoming seaside time in Devon to diving deep into the Radiance Gene Key through the Sage’s Golden Path Retreat and embracing Line 3 energy. From there, we explore a community question about how our relationship with contemplating the Shadow has evolved as the work becomes more embodied, including the reminder that the Shadow holds the Gift and isn’t something to fear or “fix.” The conversation then opens into the week’s wider theme of Acceptance—especially as a daily practice—touching on accepting our bodies, circumstances, tiredness, and all parts of ourselves, before we wrap up with our whimsical end-of-episode questions.
