As we celebrate the Fall Equinox and the shifting of the seasons, our beautiful Earth wants to remind us of how truly beautiful our own life transitions can be. Our lives really are a mirror of the large Earth cycles evolving around us.

When we as humans go through that in our own reality, even, especially in our spiritual awakening process, when we're awakening to these truths and the old versions of ourselves are dying away, Sophia says, "Can you not see that that is the ultimate, most beautiful thing that's happening for you? Can you not see that something truly incredible is emerging from within?"

It's time to see every hardship and every transition as a renewal... even for just a moment, allow yourself to see yourself in your radiance, in your Fall colors.

The Fall is also a wonderful time to come back into connection with Nature, again. It is a season for leisurely strolls outside, hikes and spending time with the land. It really is a season for the senses!

Our Sophia Sunday Wisdom for the week of 9/7/25 is all about living in Divine Flow. It was helpful to be reminded today that we are always carried by the Divine exactly where we need to go, and that the only resistance to that flow is resistance we create ourselves.

As well, we need not look outside of ourselves for inspiration, guidance or wisdom, because all of those things reside within us- within our Divine channel. Tapping into that space provides us with everything we would want to discover... so many beautiful, magical things.

The river metaphor here was a great 2-part message. One, allow the Divine to carry you to where you need to go- you safe inside your own boat, and in witness to the forest (aka outside world) around you. Two, everything you need is in that "river"- inspiration, guidance, connection. Living in flow is often times as simple as opening up your channel, connecting to your heart, listening to the messages from that space and living those messages as best as you can.
