Host: Instructor Jones brings over 12 years’ expertise in higher education and in workforce and economic development with a BA in Math & MBA. Prior to joining the Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation as Student Success Officer, Instructor Jones re-designed and managed a very successful LINK Program at Cleveland State University with a graduation rate of 75%.
