Jennifer is a leadership coach based in Missouri. She's really interested in compassion. But the way she came to the subject is not what you'd expect.

Jennifer got an idea in the middle of the night that she was supposed to write a book about compassion. So she did.

During this episode, we explore her ideas about compassion, why we need it, what the pandemic has done to help us understand each other more and how we react to each other differently.

And we also spend some time talking about inklings and why we should listen to them. This episode dives into whispers, hints, subtle signs and signals that we can choose to listen to.

Julie had a tough start in life. When she started work in real estate, she didn't know anybody who owned their own home. But she buckled down, she learned, she worked on her attitude and she became incredibly successful.

That's already a great story. And after all that, she decided she wanted to write and publish books.

And now she's working on her 30th. That's the kind of woman Julie is. She's an action taker. She's intuitive. She's kind. She's funny. She's a great storyteller. And she's got some tough talk too. This is not a woman to mess with.
