    • Treatment history
      • Heavy steroid use before switching to methotrexate and belimumab 12 years ago
      • 18-year history of hydroxychloroquine with no ocular adverse events

    • Blood work significant for: Positive for anti-ANA, anti-dsDNA, anti-Smith, C3 and C4 below normal range
    • Urinalysis significant for elevated protein and RBCs with casts
