    • On examination, she had evidence of alopecia, mild bilateral knee arthralgia and swelling, and malar rash
    • In the ED, her blood pressure was 150/90 mmHg
    • Blood work significant for: Positive for anti-ANA, anti-dsDNA, anti-Smith, C3 and C4 below normal range
    • Urinalysis significant for elevated protein and RBCs with casts
