About this listen

Welcome to the CONNECTED COMMUNITIES podcast, brought to you by Be-inn Unity. We have launched this podcast to share the stories of people and organisations from a wide variety of communities so that we can continue to learn, grow and support each other to a place of health. Be-inn Unity is a social enterprise that exists to inspire and educate communities so that individuals are empowered to thrive. Through this series of podcasts we will be speaking to some very interesting guests from all walks of life, who will share their experiences through their eyes and help us to understand different aspects of how we experience life and mental health. The guests are truly inspiring and are involved in some of the most meaningful work happening across our country when it comes to trauma, societal challenges, mental health and overall wellbeing, each bringing a different perspective to ponder and some tips on how to implement different strategies for you and the people you are connected to.
