In 2020 Tara decided to take her coaching to another level and she completed a holistic health coaching program. This allowed her to understand the relationship between our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being and her primary goal is to help clients understand that it’s possible to feel and look amazing without dieting and excessive exercise.
