Marcel Malva a une vie rocambolesque. Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, le Manchois de 101 ans a usé de son fort caractère pour se sortir de nombreuses situations. Refusant de travailler pour l'ennemi allemand, il parvient à s'échapper d'un chantier à Cherbourg, où il était réquisitionné. Par vengeance, il aide les Américains en 1944. Voici son témoignage, recueilli par Céline Avot, avec les précisions de Sébastien Beuchet, docteur en histoire contemporaine et spécialiste du Service du travail obligatoire.
