I’m joined by the compassionate and courageous Kristen Renaud, a survivor of a mass shooting in 2021, whose profound journey led her away from her life as a lawyer into a deep relationship with plants, gardening, and the earth itself.

Kristen now runs Lightning Struck Gardens, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting survivors of gun violence through healing gardens, plant medicine, and community care.
