This episode comes as the first of a 3-part series with the Bowdoin Student-Athlete Advisory Committee as part of the NESCAC’s 2022 Mental Health Week. Each day of this mental health week has a specific theme or idea associated with a different realm of growth. Today’s is tying together Mental and Physical Wellness.
To discuss the way these two realms of personal health are more connected than is commonly acknowledged, I invited Bowdoin’s Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Neil Willey.
