About this listen

Part 4: Who are our panelists' favourite facilitators - to watch and learn from / with?

--

The TBC-verse is happy to launch Collective Talents - an adjacent series to Collectively Speaking that curates the diverse talents from within the Birthday Collective to share with our listeners, in hopes that you would find them useful in some way.

Our first Collective Talent is a 5-part series on.. Facilitation.

Listen in as Aaron Maniam, Sheila Pakir, Lewis Liu, Prakash Nair, Dawn Yip & Doug O'Loughlin - all seasoned facilitators and contributors to The Birthday Collective - cover all facets of this extremely useful and versatile talent.

What's in the different parts:

Part 1: What facilitation means to our panelists, and how they started their facilitation journeys.

Part 2: Facilitation happens at different levels (family, team, organisation, nation!). Which of these are our panelists' favourite, and what does good facilitation look like in each?

Part 3: How do facilitators hold space for stories to be told, as The Birthday Collective aspires to do?

Part 4: Who are our panelists' favourite facilitators - to watch and learn from / with?

Part 5: What are our panelists' pro-tips for other facilitators - those already on their journeys, and those just starting out?

(A video recording of this episode is also available on The Birthday Collective's Facebook Page)
