In many situation our preconceived notions about someone can completely color the way we see them and their actions in an unfair and inaccurate way. That’s called prejudice. Remember, it’s a quantum world and before you conclude that someone is engaging in sabotage you owe it to yourself and the other person to do your best to determine the reality of what’s going on before your own actions contribute to evoking the very behavior from the other that you desperately do not want.
