I have been captivated all week regarding a FB message I saw. It was a post that talked about what people do when it's quiet and get inpatient or desperate. It made me think a lot, so much that I had to make an episode about this. What I'm referring to is the time between the preparation and the success. The quiet time is the preparation time, the ground work, the laying down the foundation in the dark where you are barely noticed if at all, and the noisy time is when success finally arrives. Too often people waste away in the quiet time because they crave the noise which translates to attention, getting noticed, but they are not ready. The quiet season messes with you because it doesn't reward you emotionally the way noise does. Yet it's the most honest season of all.
Quiet, uninterrupted time is essential for preparation, building inner strength, and fostering creativity before action. Embracing this period allows for deeper, focused, and purposeful growth. How you prepare when it's quiet will greatly determine how you react when the noise starts, when you start getting noticed, when the challenges of growth arrive, when your team starts quitting on you and so much more. In today's episode I want to explore a list of ways that you can effectively prepare during the quiet time to make sure that when your launch time arrives, you will be ready.
