Chris Carpentier dice que sus primeros recuerdos fueron gastronómicos. Aunque nació en Chile, ya en su nombre podemos encontrarnos con una apertura cultural que cruza fronteras. Hijo de padre norteamericano y nieto de abuela polaca, su cocina también tiene un pasaporte lleno de sabores y culturas.
