Sarangees, we’ve made it to Episode 13 of Dynamite Kiss — and we truly cannot believe it.

With only two episodes left, the drama goes full angst mode, and it feels like the writers are determined to make us feel frustrated. Da-rim is publicly accused of being a corporate spy, and Ji-hye manipulates her into taking the fall. Meanwhile, Ji-hyeok and Gyeong-min go into full investigation mode, racing to find evidence to clear Da-rim’s name. But in true K-drama fashion, Da-rim spirals into guilt, becomes a noble idiot, and breaks up with Ji-hyeok.

Elsewhere, Ha-yeong’s mom confronts Seon-woo once again, only to end up softening up to Jun. Da-rim and her mom flee to the countryside, where her uncle immediately tries to set her up with the local hottie. Ji-hyeok, of course, chases after her and promises to protect her. Armed with new evidence, he returns to Seoul and goes head-to-head with Ji-hye in a shareholder meeting showdown. We wrap it all up with this week’s DK Trope Tracker.

Ji-hyeok and Da-rim officially enter their dating era after Da-rim saves him from the museum fire. Meanwhile, Seon-woo pulls the most unserious move possible…he decides to take back his confession to Da-rim and claims it was all just a prank?! WHAT?!

Ji-hyeok begins investigating the suspicious museum fire, while Da-rim and Ha-yeong unexpectedly bond over drinks… and get very drunk.

At work, Ji-hye continues her sabotage campaign by transferring the MotherTF team to the Customer Service department. And as if this drama wasn’t already chaotic enough, the episode ends with the most ridiculous scandal yet: a chicken bone found in a Natural BeBe diaper, forcing Da-rim to save the day once again.

It’s time for Episode 10 of Dynamite Kiss, and the over-the-top chaos just keeps escalating. After that very hot kiss, Da-rim starts questioning whether Ji-hyeok is actually being honest… does he really like her?! Meanwhile, Seon-woo tells Ha-yeong that he confessed to Da-rim, and Ha-yeong is excited that he’s about to get rejected. Ji-hye continues teaming up with trash-ass Tae-young to plot a takeover of Natural BeBe. Ji-hyeok’s mom ends up staying with Da-rim’s house, which somehow turns into a full-blown affection competition between Ji-hyeok and Seon-woo. Sarangees! We’re back with Episode 9 of Dynamite Kiss and y’all… THIS. IS. IT. THIS is the episode where Ji-hyeok finally finds out the TRUTHHH. It needed to happen.

But before he confronts Da-rim, he has to go through his engagement party with Ha-yeong, which is gloriously derailed when his mom fake-faints and single-handedly pauses the pending nuptials. She then decides to divorce his father for real and plans to move in with Da-rim’s mom once they’re discharged. When Ji-hyeok finally confronts Da-rim, he wastes no time. Feeling betrayed, he fires her on the spot and Da-rim begs for forgiveness.

Then, Seon-woo confesses his feelings and tells her to “think on it.” The two men then face off in the most ridiculous showdown at a photo exhibition interview, because of course they do. Ji-hyeok accepts his feelings for Da-rim and makes his move with a VERY hot kiss that leaves her completely stunned.

Hello, Sarangees! We’re back with another Dynamite Kiss episode that takes a hard left from fun and flirty to fully unhinged. We kick things off with side chats about doctor visits, Bridgerton, Can This Love Be Translated?, and Jang Ok Jung before diving straight into the drama.

The episode opens at the hospital with Ji-hyuk taking care of Da-rim, while Seon-woo pays a visit to Da-rim’s mom. We’re also introduced to Ha-yeong’s brother, Tae-young — our newest trash-ass character — and get the messy backstory of his past with Ji-hye.

Next, it’s off to Natural Bebe’s tree-planting celebration… which quickly spirals when the party turns into a full-on search mission after Da-rim and Ji-hyuk go missing (while searching for a missing boy) in a rainy forest. Alone together, they share a charged moment where Ji-hyuk admits he’s been “swayed” by Da-rim — only to be interrupted by a very shocked Seon-woo.

From there, Ji-hyuk spirals hard: he heads home sick and dejected, suffers a wild nightmare, and makes a painful decision to push Da-rim away — one that could change his life forever. We wrap things up with a lightning round of the Dynamite Kiss Trope Tracker.
