Tyler James Robinson, the 22-year-old suspect charged in the assassination of Charlie Kirk, is scheduled for his next court appearance on October 30, 2025. This hearing, in Utah's Fourth District Court in Provo, Utah, before Judge Tony Graf, will address whether the defense waives the right to a preliminary hearing.
