今天的经文告诉我们，虽然神创造了整个宇宙，神特别通过我们人类生活的这个星球赐给我们他的福气。科学家正不停地在我们这颗地球行星之外搜寻宇宙的生命，想知道是否有人类生活在另一颗行星上。但更重要的是，我们应知道并相信确实是神创造了这颗行星。
信神和不信神的人存在本质的不同。凡说“神在哪里？一切东西都是自发产生的”，都受到了进化论的误导，结果只能过毫无希望的生活。“神真的创造了宇宙和我们吗？如果神没有创造宇宙及宇宙里的一切，那么这个星球是怎么产生的呢？”我们对神的创造研究得越多，就越能认识到神确实创造了宇宙及宇宙里的一切。圣经写道：“神的事情，人所能知道的，原显明在人心里，因为神已经给他们显明。自从造天地以来，神的永能和神性是明明可知的，虽是眼不能见，但藉着所造之物就可以晓得，叫人无可推诿”(罗马书1:19-20)。
