Oggi parliamo della rigenerazione urbana e di come un'idea nata dalla cittadinanza possa trasformare un intero quartiere. Facciamo un viaggio al Lagaccio a Genova, in un'area che un tempo era del Demanio militare.
Questo spazio ha iniziato la sua evoluzione grazie a un gruppo informale che, a partire dal 2009, ha lavorato con l'amministrazione per ottenere un percorso di partecipazione.
Il risultato è non solo un nuovo Parco Urbano di 16.000 metri quadrati inaugurato nel 2022, ma anche una Casa di Quartiere gestita oggi dall'ente “La Casa nel parco”.
