Troy, Isaac and Wardell open up this Wizards Wednesday show by reviewing the team's recent roster moves which include: waiving Dante Exum (2:22), assessing D'Angelo Russell's future (4:20), and the introduction of Jaden Hardy (6:47).

The crew then briefly recaps the Wizards recent losses to the Nets and Heat, and give their thoughts on NBA Twitter's meltdown over the team's tanking efforts (9:37).

Speaking of the NBA, a recent report came out that the league may be expanding, so we took turns selecting the eight players the Wizards should protect from an expansion draft (14:12).

From there, Troy is joined by Clair de Lune (@ClaireMPLS) to hear her reactions to the recent Anthony Davis trade (21:47). The two also discussed Adam Silver's recent comments on tanking in the league (31:17) the expectations for All-Star Weekend (39:13).

Folks, it's NBA Trade Deadline week and the deals are flying, so Troy, Wardell, and Isaac provide their reactions to the latest moves around the league for this mid-week show. They start first with the trade that sent James Harden to the Cavaliers (2:18), then shift to the news of Jaren Jackson Jr.'s trade to the Jazz (10:01).

Elsewhere, Mike Conley Jr.'s was traded to the Bulls (16:37) and Nikola Vučević was traded to the Celtics (21:15), so the crew broke down those moves as well.

From there, the show gave their thoughts on the NBA All-Star Rosters (25:23).

Circling back to the Wizards, the team has appeared in some recent trade rumblings, so Troy gave his read of the latest rumors (32:41). And to close things out, the Caucus broke down the team's win over the Kings (37:10) and loss to the Knicks (44:10).
