Everything was looking good for the Carolina Hurricanes ahead of their Game 3 matchup against the New York Islanders in their first road trip of the playoffs. In Game 1, the Hurricanes scored two power-play goals in a 2-1 win. In Game 2, Jesper Fast came up huge in overtime as they won 4-3.
