New Orleans Saints second-year wide receiver A.T. Perry has the skills and stature to become the team’s go-to X-receiver after the departure of Michael Thomas. But he’ll have to show development and production in three major categories over the offseason to solidify the role is his. He’ll have to continue to make the great jump-ball plays he did at the end of 2023, he’ll have to get the opportunity to become more of a threat in the short area of the field and he’ll have to expand his abilities as a contested catch receiver outside of jump ball situations.
