    SEASON 2 FINALE!!!!! (screaming, crying, throwing up). This week, we're discussing Disney+'s Percy Jackson and the Olympians Episode 8 of Season 2, "The Fleece Works Its Magic Too Well." We discuss the art of adaptation and adjusting themes to be relevant to current times. What do we do when our leaders aren't standing up for us? We protect our own, that's what. There are lots of changes in this one, and we're on board with them. Manasa's question about the fleece is answered. We both sing Sally Jackson's praises. Erin compares Luke to Zeus. We love how this ended, and can't believe we have to wait for season 3 now!

Let it be known we're not entirely sure what ship is being referred to here. This episode deviates from the book the most, and we go deep into our thoughts on each change. Some? We like. Some? We're holding our breath. Manasa asks questions nobody else has about the fleece and skincare. We both crash out about Luke and continue convincing ourselves that we hate him. Clarisse gets the Annabeth. Percy gets the fleece. Two sides, and whatnot.
