Observing the breath is a simple but powerful way to calm the mind and body. By paying attention to our breath, we can become more aware of our thoughts and feelings. This can help us to identify and let go of negative thoughts and emotions.


Being present means paying attention to the here and now. When we are present, we are not dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. Instead, we are focused on the present moment and all that it has to offer.


In this episode, you will learn how to:

  • Observe and tune into your breath
  • Be present in your mind, body, and heart
  • Be present in this moment in your inner and outer world
  • Use mindfulness to calm the storms of stress
  • Allow your thoughts, feelings, and emotions to wash over you
  • Calm your mind and body
