Un pueblo de descendientes de los negros cimarrones que se asentaron en Guamal, Caldas.
Leonor Espinosa, la reconocida y premiada chef, ha recorrido Colombia visitando y conociendo a las portadoras de tradición gastronómica y culinaria de todo el país. Todas esas historias están plasmadas en las páginas de su libro Lo que cuenta el caldero, del que nos hablará en cada episodio de este podcast.
