Tra i numerosi punti toccati nella chiacchierata con Primo, Massimo insiste molto sulla cosiddetta "Sindrome di Calimero" degli IT Manager, spesso frustrati nel non riuscire a comunicare adeguatamente con il board e con gli altri colleghi sulle urgenze della sicurezza informatica. Che, invece, deve essere "partecipata", con uno sforzo da parte degli esperti aziendali nel cambiare grammatica quando parlano con altri dipartimenti, per allinearli e quasi istruirli sui punti cruciali. In sintesi: formare e informare.
