Tonight on Top Chef "Goin' Whole Hog" we waste no time getting to the meaty elimination challenge; an all night session with whole hog barbecue.

We learn about regional North Carolina barbecue, Eastern meets Western, meet some barbecue legends and the crew really puts on a thorough feast for all that tests them on many new and exciting levels plus Sundi really knows a lot of what these people are talking about and that's very fun for her.
