About this listen

Three brothers who grew up playing video games together in the 1990's and 2000's, discuss both modern and retro games on this podcast, from Sega to Playstation to Nintendo to Xbox, and everything in between. The podcast is built around grouping three games into a particular genre or category and discussing each game's merits and flaws, reminiscing, touching on the games' history, and providing recommendations. Every fourth episode of each category will be a "brodown" episode, where the three games "battle" and after much analysis and disagreement, an ultimate winner will be declared.Brothers and Boss Battles Science Fiction

  • Episode 047: The Simpsons Road Rage
    Dec 3 2025

We finish our "non-racing vehicle game" category with a familiar and personal favorite IP. The Simpsons Road Rage was developed by Radical Entertainment and released in 2001 for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and GameCube. Being huge fans of The Simpsons, we are excited to cover our second game set in the town of Springfield.

This week the brothers ask which kind of game would you like to see copied in the Simpsons universe? A turn based RPG like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, a kart racer like Mario Kart World, or a team based PvP shooter like Marvel Rivals.
