It's been a great summer for British Baseball internationally and following on from the U23 Men's Team taking home the gold in the 2025 European Championships, the GB Women's team did the same as well!
Held in the Czech Republic, the Women took on the hosts, France and the Netherlands in the group stage, before beating the hosts in the Final 9-7 and taking home the gold!
It was the Women's first ever gold medal at the Euros in just their second tournament appearance and with that they have qualified for the Women's Baseball World Cup being held in Rockford, Illinois in 2025!
Due to the success of the Women's team, we thought it would only be right to catch up with some of the players post tournament, so joining Gaz on this episode are Sophie Willis and Saskia Davies!
