    Ego and fear are everywhere in youth soccer. They show up when coaches chase wins instead of development. They show up when parents measure success by trophies and standings. They show up when players stop trying new things because they’re afraid of making mistakes.

    And what’s the cost? Creativity dies. Confidence crumbles. Kids stop loving the game.
