Στην εποχή που το “είμαι ο εαυτός μου” έγινε επαγγελματική στρατηγική,ξεχάσαμε να ρωτήσουμε: ποιος είναι αυτός ο εαυτός;
Χτίζουμε εικόνες, ρόλους και αφηγήματα,
μέχρι που το “εγώ” μας αρχίζει να μοιάζει με εταιρεία,
με στόχους, KPI και δημόσιες σχέσεις.
Όμως το πιο δύσκολο rebranding είναι εσωτερικό:
να θυμηθείς τον άνθρωπο πριν από το ρόλο.
