I usually listen to *something* to fall asleep to, but often it piques my interest and I'm kept awake much much longer than I should be. Teddy's voice gets me to sleep faster than I've ever been able to. I rarely even hear more than the intro. I continue to come back every single night and I'm so glad to have found this podcast. Regardless of never actually hearing what he's reading, I still get excited to pick a new episode every night.

rarely get passed the opening credits

Genius. I would like to play one of these at a seminar and watch them all drop like flies. Head scratching topics that are confusing enough to put you to sleep

Yawn

Teddy is calm, consistent, reassuring, measured. These days I can barely get past the introduction before I have fallen into a deep sleep. If I wake in the night, I simply listen to Teddy again and the magic happens. I think that my brain has begun to associate Teddy's voice with relaxation and sleep so I cannot tell you what my favorite stories or themes are because I seldom get to hear much of them. Thank you so much Teddy, for being such a bore!

Hypnotic.

Teddy has a self-effacing charm and he often bores me back to sleep in the wee hours when my brain won’t quiet by itself. Thanks Teddy!

Dry, laconic and soothing

I have a rushing mind every night, that keeps me up for hours. I have listened to half a dozen stories and I couldn’t tell you a thing about what any of them are about. The stories work so well and I am so great full. My husband doesn’t mind the stories either because he is always fast asleep too! Thank you.

Works a charm!
