As I’m writing this, I realize this episode should’ve always been classified differently—because this isn’t just another story. This is where I speak my mind.
Too many of us are forced to stay silent, to keep the peace, to hide our voices—and even our faces. But while we’re trying to survive in silence, others are losing their lives to this outrage we call domestic violence.
This bonus episode is for the truth-tellers, the survivors, and those who never got the chance to speak. I will not stay quiet. I will not make myself small to make others comfortable. This is me using my voice for every one of us who has ever been silenced.
