Emily Stimpson Chapman married her husband Chris later in life, after years of wondering if marriage and motherhood were going to be in God’s plan for her life. After getting married, she and her husband learned they were unable to conceive. They soon decided to pursue adoption. They adopted their son Toby and then were quickly blessed with two additional blessings, Beckett and Ellie. She and Chris quickly went from no kids to 3 kids under 3.
