In this Episode 14, we learn about the relationships we develop with our Heart by connecting to our Dear Mother Earth's Heart and different perspectives of self. The Groundhog is a pure light spirit animal in Native American thought that recently came to me to teach me how to deepen my connections and the different ways to reach and understand myself. In this episode I will narrate the story of the Phoenix. The mythological bird representing the magic of you letting go of old self, unhealthy ties and connection to self defeat and rebirthing in the flames of transformation into the newly renewed and rebirthed YOU. You are Divine and this cycle of birth, death and renewal occurs in small and large ways during your lifetime. It will help you commit and honor not degrade your old self and journey into the realm of the shadow work or Underworld dimension where this is not hell but a journey into working on letting go of self defeating ties to others and yourself.
