Collette Philip is founder of multi-award-winning anti-racist consultancy, Brand by Me. She is also co-founder of Join Our Table, an initiative to increase the visibility of Black women in the communications industries.

Nadine Leighton is Marketing Director at Bright, an accounting and finance software business. She is also a Join Our Table co-founder and one of the 2024 Bloom in Colour co-leads.
