This episode was recorded in February 2024.
In this episode, Bloom members Kelly Jacobson-Collins & Alison Finnegan talk about the Bloom MPower inclusion group, change making and mentorship, and their reflections & takeaways from Bloomfest.
As VP Governance, Ethics & DPO at Blis, Kelly Jacobson-Collins is dedicated to ensuring data protection compliance and leading the company’s ESG strategy. Passionate about all things DEI, Kelly spearheads employee DEI efforts for Blis as the chair of Rise.
