About this listen

When Liam, a professional sound engineer, takes a job at the remote and famously silent Blackwood Manor, he thinks it's just another gig. But the house is not truly silent. Faint, unsettling noises emanate from the sealed-off west wing—a rhythmic scratching, a low murmur, and a hauntingly beautiful piano melody. Dismissing them as the house settling, Liam continues his work, until curiosity leads him to aim his high-tech microphones at the forbidden wing. The sounds he records are not just strange; they are the audio remnants of a horrific event, a song of mourning played over a background of brutal, agonizing screams. Liam flees, but the echoes follow him. He soon discovers that the ghostly sounds have corrupted his own audio files, manifesting as a grotesque, screaming face in the sound wave itself. The silence of Blackwood Manor wasn't an emptiness, but a vessel for horror, and Liam, by listening too closely, has now become the next echo in its terrifying, unending song.
