This podcast is about black mental health. This podcast is about my journey as a black woman who has suffered from different kinds of abuse, I’m willing to share my truth in order to heal and also help someone else even if it’s just one. I feel like everybody suffers from mental health issues but in our community, the black community I feel as if we suffer in silence. I discuss other topics as well touching on why I believe mental illness lingers n I choose to no longer suffer in silence.
