  • 177. I'm Back! Part Four-Grief, Joy, and Survival Mode
    Jan 22 2026

In Part Four of this raw and real series, I pick up where we left off — after the darkest moment of my life, in the strange stillness that followed.

This episode is about what it feels like to try to rebuild… again.

The highs, the lows, the whiplash between the two — and the decision to finally start simplifying everything for the sake of motherhood, mental health, and alignment.

What started with a retreat I thought would be life-changing (spoiler alert: it wasn’t) led me to some of the clearest realizations I’ve had all year — and a few big life pivots that no one saw coming.

Including the biggest surprise of all… I'm pregnant.

This episode weaves together the grief of the previous season, the joy of new beginnings, and the gritty, often chaotic, reality of survival mode when you’re trying to hold it all together — while also learning to let it all go.

  • 176. I'm Back! Part Three-My Husband's Attempt and Immediate Shifts
    Jan 21 2026

The moment my world froze: July 14th, 2025, as I was sitting in a parking lot with my daughter, while our lives unraveled.

This episode is the hardest one yet — raw details of the day my husband attempted suicide, the whirlwind that followed, and the impossible choices I had to make in the chaos.

I'll be sharing a lot of intimate details publicly despite the inevitable pushback... because vulnerability and community are exactly what kept me from crumbling during the hardest moments.

Content note: This episode discusses a suicide attempt, mental health crisis, and related trauma. If you're in crisis, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or chat at 988lifeline.org.

    You are NOT alone.
