In order to create the life we want, we've got to free up the energy that's stuck in a defense system we built as kids that is literally driving our adult lives most of the time. I'm talking about our ego. Let's look at a way of life beyond it, where we're constantly directing our energy towards what we want to create. To do so, we'll be tackling our biggest wound, namely rejection. It can't be otherwise. Who says big ego says big hurt in the past. Therefore, we'll be talking about healing.
