Most people have a low EQ, or emotional quotient. They are not aware what emotion they are experiencing at anytime. It is important to know what emotion you are having because it is the only way to control your emotions. Some people only have two emotions, happy and afraid. There are hundreds of emotions, and you have to be mindful and conscious of where you are on the emotional spectrum You can control your emotions when you are aware of them.
