About this listen

Behind the Business is a student-run podcast from the TMN (Trojan Media Network) that features conversations with local business owners from our community. In each episode, students sit down with one business owner to learn how their business actually works, where they started, what challenges they have faced, and what they have learned along the way. These are honest conversations focused on real experiences, not advertisements. The podcast gives students a chance to practice interviewing, listening, and storytelling while highlighting the people and work behind local businesses. New episodes are released regularly.© 2026 Economics Leadership Management & Leadership
